[s-cars] Canadian S-cars

Fred,Bob, My S4 was manufactured in 03/92, was registered in Ontario in June
92 as a 93 model, including a 93 VIN. The first S- cars appeared in Canada
in May, 92. I was at DFC in Toronto and saw the first one that they had in
the showroom.
