Hi,
I have a very serious boost line hose leak and it is not where the
rubber hose connects on the ECU nor on ether side of the filter or on
the the manifold. I can hear it hissing somewhere. The leak is so bad
that the ECU cannot measure the boost at all and the engine just
misfires under load.
The only other place is where the ECU rubber hose joins the hard plastic
hose. But it seems to go behind the plastic assembly that the ECU screws
into. Do I have to remove the whole plastic section to get to this
coupling? Or please help if there is an easier way. (Maybe it would be
better to run a complete new pipe....)
