Think I can explain this for you -- sounds like you filled up with a
tank of California gasoline. Strange that you would be able to find it
in Norway.  :-)

The rotten egg smell will usually come with idling after spirited
driving -- the car is running rich. It is somewhat dependent on the
brand of fuel -- some are better than others. Most here in Northern
California are pretty bad. The gray/blue usually means oil. Oil will
collect in the lower turbo hoses sometimes, so if it doesn't continue, I
wouldn't worry about that too much.
