[s-cars] ECU boost line leak

Hi,
Thanks for the advice. You are right, it was under the hood and is the
turbo to intercooler hose. The tear was on the top section so I did not
see it.
I have fixed it with some silicon glue and duct tape (while restaining
my right foor as well) until I can replace it. BTW I am boosting to
+1.45 Bar (2.45 Bar on the internal boost gauge). Will the stock rubber
hose hold out or must I make a better plan? I am not keen to spend money
and then the hose bursts again.
Cheers,
Bobby

Bobby,

can you hear the leek inside? if not and it is under the hood, have you
checked the turbo-to-intercooler lower hose? are they Samco hoses or
stock? if stock (as you may know) i am sure that rs2 turbo blew that
lower hose off (that is if it is not an ECU line hose) and is giving
you trouble. sorry for the wasted email if it is the ECU hose.

matt ludwig.
