I use 303 Aerospace Protectant on my plastic/vinyl interior parts. It is not a cleaner -
it is conditioner/UV protector. Lets put it simply - it is not cheap, but I love it. I
will not use anything else on dashboard. Gives plastic "new" look without being shiny, it
is more of satin look. Looks dramatic on black trim.

For cleaner you may consider Lexol cleaner. It is nice, and gentle, and PH balanced. Could
(should) be used on leather seats too.
