[s-cars] MTM 1+ upgrade ---now stalling

I finally broke down and upgraded to the MTM 1+
chip/sensor in my S6 Avant.  Installed last friday -
took a few runs around in it and left it as I went
away for the weekend.  Drove it on Monday - got really
into the boost - evertyhing fine.  Car sat for tues
and Wed.  Got in car and drove to work - also got into
the boost.  Pulled into work , parked in spot and
idled for 10 sec.  Then the car just died.  I try
restarting - starts instantly.  Sat there for another
30 seconds idling- everything seems fine.  Shut car
off.  Go out a few hours later to make a run over to
my companies test facility.  Get moderately into boost
on trip over.  COming off the highway I coast to a
stop .  Car dies- I restart w/ no problems.  Drive up
to stop sign a few block later car dies- restart -
dies 2 sec later. Restart.  Manage to get it to my
condo by holding foot on gas at stop signs/lights .
Park in condo spot - car idles fine??  Pull codes -
only one 2214 "engine overrev"??-- I don't remember
getting it up even close to the redline.   Car idles
for 5 minutes and seems fine.  Ended up driving the
trusty 4kq back to work.


Any ideas on what the problem is ?

Vacuum leak?
I am still on the stock hoses and bypass valve at 74k.
 Would failure of these cause stalling?

Bad ISV?

Other likely culprits?
