[s-cars] Where's the ignition lead?

Behind the covers, under the steering wheel, there is the
Central Electrical Panel. On this panel there are 6 relays across
the top and across the bottom there are 8 bolts with wires attached.
The circuits are labeled with numbers.
The two leftmost circuits are number 30.
The 2nd from the right is number 15.
Circuit number 15 is the ignition circuit. It is energized
when the ignition switch is in the ON or START position.
