[s-cars] Engine cut at WOT acceleration

I can now confirm that Bobby's cut out wasn't due to the maximum allowed
air flow but to a boost leak. For I have done his chips, I know the limits
for the allowed MAF value and there's still some margin before this gets
maxed out.
The RS2 MAF requires the R201 to be changed in the ECU and its gains in
terms of air flow are minimal BTW...
