[s-cars] Happerbar review and the Dark Side...

The 26mm RSB came courtesy of Everboost Industries and
the mounting kit necessary for mounting on the 93-97
sedans came courtesy of mlp Tuning.  Gotta love those
crazy CO boys.  ;-)
