[s-cars] Cross-posting?

As someone who used the quattro list a lot in the past (before the
various specialty lists, like this one), what's the policy on cross-
posting?

I have a current problem with my '94 S4, which I posted on the quattro
list, but then found this one. Should I cross post or does everyone
check their car's specialty list and also the quattro one?
