[s-cars] How to improve steering response

My guess to improve this would be to replace control arms (new control arm
bushings and ball joints) and tie rod ends.
But, let's face it, everyone with one of these cars would like better
steering response, and unfortunately this is design flaw with these cars as
far as I am concerned. The firewall is really not the best place for
mounting the steerting rack and the arms are long. I like BMW's for
mounting the steering rack to the subframe. Much better design.
