[s-cars] Speaking of plugs? (not A/S)

What does the visual inspection of old plugs tells us?  Do I need to buy
this video?

Prolly not.
But, also, I have read or heard (that in Pxxxxxx cars anyway) that power can
be enhanced by turning the plug in a certain direction towards the intakes
when installing?  Lie, myth, fiction, somewhat true or true?
Just curious.
BTW last plug change I used the torque to 22 loosen half turn and re-torque
method (no A/S) with no plug problem (lucky?) so far:)
