Hi Bill - I just did this and used the same tool. I rented (for beer money)
the tools from Alex here in Seattle and he gave me great advice on how to use
the tool. He told me to turn it in as far as you can by hand initially and
then as hard as you can with a tool just till the point you feel like it's
going to strip out. That's prett subjective, but I didn't have any problem.
Just getting it started is not good enough. It has to have a good bite. Once
the tool was in there good, the rest was easy-breezy.
