[s-cars] Hydraulic fluid flushing & high beam latch procedure

Kudos to Fred for his flush procedure. Yesterday we did a front brake
kit and rear lines, on Mark Hunter's car and we flushed the hydraulic
system on his car (as well as mine).

It was really nice to replace the thick brown gooey fluid with new clean
CH11S.  The procedure was super easy and I recommed you tackle it. The
only thing that I added was the use of compressed air to help clear the
system out after the reservoir has drained. I used my hand w/ rubber
glove to seal off the reservoir opening with and used a blow gun to help
clear things out.
