I've had a long day today, but just enjoyed a nice, personal dialogue with
another lister on the shortcomings (his view) and the merits (my view) of
our legal system.  This, however, was reserved for private, off-list banter.

I submit that I speak freely, often tongue-in-cheek, about the merits of
heel-toe, snow tires, anti-seize, one exceptionally-knowledgeable lister's
over-reliance on his Bentley, and even rip on Pizzo's mother on occasion.
Given all that I have learned and taken from these people over the years, I
welcome the opportunity to contribute in return.  I would hope that my
contribution, albeit small and maybe misplaced, has helped another.

That said, I offer the following non-legal contribution:

Don't eat where you shit.

Before I lash out at that which I fail to understand, I often take a moment
and reflect on whether my blanket statement may cause me to not take enough
away from the wealth of information hidden on this list.  For, in doing so,
I may risk another lister's respect and consideration the next time I reach
out for a helping hand.
