[s-cars] wiring harness Q.

When one of these cars changes hands, it's good (and prolly legally
required) to inform the new owner that the limiter has been removed - or
Joe, that the brake wear sensors have been shorted, hee hee :-). I told the
buyer of my Avant and he was pleased to know, 'course I had to tell him
about the bad ignition switch too! Please NO legal threads around this, just
an FYI. Anyway, I'd bet most buyers of UrS4/6s know exactly what they're
buying.

Previous owner probably kept it there so he coupld
plug it back in later if he wanted to. Look behind
ECU, there should be something that fits that pink
thingy.
