Glad to hear that the Back to Black I recommended did the trick for
you. Since
I live in Florida (with the high humidity rates and all), I hadn't run
across
the static issue as such, but I could see how it could be a problem in
a dry
weather environment... Sorry about that!

My own past experience suggests that simply rinsing with clean water
should
eliminate the dust without removing any significant amount of the back
to black.
