I just did this job on my S4 last week and I replaced all of the nuts,
bolts, & sleeves that he recommended and I seem to recall that it was
less than $25 of the invoice for all the little baggies of shiny parts
that didn't need to take to the wire wheel or drench in loctite prior
to installation!

He'll also meet or beat Shox.com prices on Bilsteins if you want to
support an Audi-friendly resource.
