Nic,

Can you get some stock wheels with stock tire sizes from somebody in your
area and try them.  I know there are a lot of people with oversized
tires/wheels on this list and they don't have your problem but you might
want to start back at square 1 with what should be a "known good setup".

I forgot to add that I have done the steering rack adjustment as well,
Thanks Scott Mockery. Do they just wander and I can't do anything about it?
