IIRC this is the plastic part/s that breaks:(  But if I recall further, these
are some plastic tabs (2, I think) on the bottom that need to be pushed up in
order for the frame around the handle to slide out (bottom first I think.)
Since I had given into frustration and forcefully pryed this out, I dont
really know the proper way to do this as mine broke.  (this then actually
made subsequent disassembly's easier then anyway.)
I will say if you loosen up everything else, you "may" then be able to reach
in from one of the hinged tail light opennings and push up the tab while
prying/pulling on the frame around the handle from the outside.
Dont forget the two very flat very black stealthy screws on the very bottom
of the tailgate.
Also, if its just tail lights you're trying to change, that can be done just
by openning the left and right flaps.
