Bill thanks for the write up and reply, but the problem I'm having is getti=
ng the end of the damper on the inside up and over the damned bolt!!!! I'm=
seriously thinking of backing out the bolt from the underside and giving m=
yself room to get it off, but as I mentioned, there is some funky circlip o=
ver the end of the bolt down there so I'd rather not mess with it.
Where did you have the steering wheel positioned (or inversely where did yo=
u have the steering rack position) where you had room to clear the firewall=
/fuel lines? I've tried just about everywhere to no avail?
Anyone have any advice on this part?
Weird thing is I did this procedure on my '94 and don't remember it being t=
his difficult.
