[s-cars] Fuel Consumption and Tune Up

That's good Sean, after my tune-up, I get 20-21 when I do more highway
driving, but locally, (20% highway) I'm closer to 18-19. BTW, I run
higher revs usually, like 2nd gear around town, and 3rd on our 35
posted (usually 45 driven) roads - if I upshift - I wanna gooo

A 6 speed will help where I feel caught too low in third
