Hi,
 Today I made an offer on a 95.5 Europa blue on ecru S-6 Avant. The offer I
made was in his favor considering the car has history and history is not good
for the resale of these cars. The car has 140+ thousand miles and the engine
has under 100 thousand miles on it. He said the engine was replaced under
warranty after the past owner overheated it. The car also was hit in the rear
and he said all it took to fix it was a bumper and taillights. I guess where
I'm going here is he accepted my offer but before I put it in writing I want
to know what you all think the car is worth under these circumstances. The
owner is a lister and I have done business with him in the past and he seems
like a good guy. Thanks,
