Yet again, I am too ignorant to figure out if this is just marketing
hype or may actually work?

I do know that tickets are mostly being in the wrong place at the wrong
time, but spending $400 to $900 is easily saved in time and one year's
insurance premiums.
The Secretary of State has recently sent me a 4 year safe drivers award
(which I have displayed next to my track picture:) and I'd like to keep
that going ..yes.
