[s-cars] 93 S4, front spring replacement and camber plate mod.

You can get very close or just in spec on camber by elongating the slots in
the OEM camber plates. Mine is -1 degree 4' left side and -1 degree 14'
right side using this method. Spec is .05' to -1.05'
