Not that this helps you any now Hap, but this is precisely why I always buy
wheels in sets of 5.  That and the benefit of having a full size spare if
you so desire.  You may want to try the various wheel repair shops.
Sometimes they end up with wheels after the original owner decided they
didn't want to spend the money on the repair.  It's possible they have
single wheels.  Hope you can find one.
