Check the engine-driven fan. If the fan clutch wears the fan can move

Hi,
I hear a loud sort of intermittent grinding noise from the front during
WOT in 3rd, 4th and 5th gears. It sounds as if something is touching
during max engine torque or wheel torque. The noise is not continuous. I
am thinking of engine or front suspension mounts. Anybody had this
before?
