I put the turbo you describe on my 4ktq.  Since this is a 10vt
application I'm sure the routing will be a bit different than for your
setup but if memory serves me correctly, the drain and supply flanges
are the same.  Rather than duplicate Javad's efforts, I'll just point

I did mine a little different.  I took a used stock oil supply line and
cut off the pipe leaving me with just the flange, then I welded an AN -4
male union (cut it half) to the base of the flange, giving me an easy
way to go to -4 AN.  As always, pictures are worth a thousand words:
