What I ment, that you can't read any fault codes or anything if Fuel
Pump Relay is not working. VAG-COM or VAG 1551 scan tool doesn't work,
ECU seems to be dead to them. At least some people have told me so.
Also bentley manual says.

Requirements
        Circuit breakers -S72- and -S75- OK
        Fuse 19 OK
        ___Fuel pump relay OK___

Can somebody confirm this? Well, I could take of the fuel pump relay
and try VAG-COM after I get the cable from post office. Yes, I ordered
HEX-COM cable after I so VAG-COM in use, really useful program.
