[s-cars] After-run Pump

Oh puleeeeze!!  (don't go there!!)
You _have_ to check the archives for this, I think it's about 3800
postings in 14 threads covering the field..  ;o)
Myself, I haven't heard the after run system kick in except for after
one _very_ spirited drive in really hot weather.. I was under the
impression that I had to get a new sensor, but go figure..
