My 'heartless bitch' purred for me.

This afternoon, nice and coolish, slightly overcast, perfect for a car
cleaning and waxing session.  We washed, we waxed, we 303'd the black,
Plexus'ed the plastic, waxed the wheels and went out for some sushi and
Ultra 94.

Just to keep busy while the petrol pumped, she took quite a helping, I
cleaned all the glass, signed the credit card receipt and opened the hood to
check the oil (I know it's fine, but I like the honey colored look of clean
oil)... Well there she was, under that bonnet, just purring away, the
afterrun pump and fan quietly humming a thankful note of acceptance.

We roared home, my Pearl sweetheart and I, oblivious to the fact that the V1
was'nt even on.
