The shooting on Matrix 2 was done in my local area and was a LONG time
ago (like 1.5-2 years, IIRC).  At the time, it was a big deal that the
Caddy CTS was in it as it had not been shown to the public yet.
Although I haven't seen the movie yet, I'd doubt that it was a Nuvolari
you saw.

The Nuvolari would be a tall stretch, logistically speaking. The car was

rst shown at Geneva at the beginning of March 2003. From initial idea to

eation of the car was 6 months, per the designer who was there to launch

Now I don't know what the shooting schedule for Matrix Reloaded was, but

e Nuvolari would not have been available for reshooting before mid
March. T=
hat leaves precious little time to get the shot into the movie before

inal cut was decided.
On the otherhand, it could have been a deal between the Studio and Audi,
bu=
t I haven't heard any publicity, so why do the deal?
I have seen the rather feeble Wim Wenders vanity item for the A3,
however.
