[s-cars] T-belt suggestions.... (simple Q)

This is a simply one guys, I found this on eBay tonight but would like to
make sure it is worth it.
The auction has both belts and the water pump, but are they any good?  I
would hate to buy these, put them in, and then end up replacing them in 30K
or so.
Does anyone know about these belts and how they hold up?  What about the
water pump, any information that someone may have?
