Mike,
The heim link bolts in the kit came with 2 spacers. The thing that I didn't
account for when originally choosing how to place my links, was the
relationship between the fixed position of the bar (in the vertical plane) and the
changing position of the heim link attachment point on the control arm in that same
plane. As the control arm moves up through its travel, the attachment point
on the control arm moves outboard, up until the point where the control arm is
parallel to the ground. With this in mind, combined with the fact that when
doing the install your suspension is completely unloaded (on jack stands, no
weight supported by the rear suspension), those control arm mount points are as
far inboard as they can possibly be. As a result, I think it wise to choose
the heim link mounting position that, with the suspension unloaded, has the
links angling inboard and down to the control arms from the bar. Then, when the
suspension is loaded, they form a vertical line from bar to control arm
mount.

The only downside with the provided heim links... both ends are threaded the
same. That means you have to unattach the link at one end to make minor
length adjustments, as opposed to simply loosening the lock nuts and turning the
center.
HTH,
Dave
