[s-cars] Programming Central locking Module with VAG-COM

AudiWorld has a Tech Article that talks about having VAG-COM or similar sw
talk to the Central Locking Module in cars with the Delta radio.

You change features such as: deciding whether the car honks when alarm is
activated, auto locking of doors at 15MPH, etc.

I tried VAG-COM to acces the Central Locking Module on my S6, but was not able
to. How do I get into that module so that I can explore these features?
