I'm trying to remove my rear wiper arm and have removed the cap, the lockin=
g nut and washer....  yanking on it isn't yielding much....  I threw a litt=
le "liquid wrench" on thier as it may be seized up on my New England bucket=
 of rust wagon...  but wondering if there is something else attaching this =
or should I just be able to yank it off?
