[s-cars] A8 type brake upgrade?

The question would really be "why?"

The Porsche 993tt brake upgrade is a proven, very
simply bolt-on exercise, will clear some 16" wheels
and can be done relatively inexpensively if one uses
Euro early S8 rotors rather than the 2-piece Porsche
rotors with custom hats.

Has anyone tried an A8 type brake upgrade on a S4/S6
(312x25 rotors, fabricated caliper carriers, etc)?
Just wonder if this was possible...  Any thoughts?
