[s-cars] Can anyone out there help me aquire this shift knob?

I've got a alcantara RS4 knob in black with the same pattern OR a S6
plus leather shift knob in the same pattern if you are interested.

His site lists it as a UrS6 6-Spd Shift knob. He said he aquired his
from Germany, and did not know the part number. Does anyone have the FA
that can find a part number for this for me. Or, if someone has a lead
as to where I could buy one that would work too :)
