[s-cars] Hood Stuck

I went to start my weekend project this morning and found my hood latch stu=
ck.  I pulled the hood release under the dash and only one of the latches (=
passenger side) releases while the other (driver side) sticks.  Is there an=
ything I can do to get this open?  TIA
