[s-cars] camber plates

I also have the 2Bennett camber plates. They're great, the only
issue being the stack height. It does not allow enough of the
Bilstein rod to adequately engage the nylon portion of the lock
nut. (it was actually 1 or 2 threads below)

Problem solved by double-nutting with locknuts (thinner) and locktite.
