I don't think ceramic coating is going to help at all
with an already cracked manifold, it surely will not
fill the crack.  If you're not hearing ticking through
the crack, have the face machined flat and stick it
back on the car.  Now that it's cracked and you've
machined it flat there will be far less stress on it
than before and it shouldn't grow much more.
