[s-cars] A/C compressor

I got a remanufactured one from Hancock last July and have been as happy
with it as I would have been with a new one. They delivered everything as
represented, I had a local shop do the install, and my car stays cool in the
summer now. Even used it yesterday when it nearly hit 80 here in sunny
Columbus Ohio! (car interior hit about 110!) This is November...right?

Sounds like I need an A/C compressor for my S4 again. Considering going
with remanufactured from Hancock Industries in Texas. I know several
have recommended them. Any opinions or personal experience with
longevity and quality of their stuff. My repair shop say their cost for
the accumulator is over $200, but Hancock's is about $50. Makes me kind
of wonder. Compressor is $360 versus anywhere from $600 to $1200 for
used/aftermarket/new.
