Bob,

This is good news ... I new I was running 18's for a reason. Amazing is th=
e Stage 4 Cayenne kit is $400.00 less than the Stage 3 993TT Big Red kit; I=
can only imagine where up-charge came from...

I asked them if there was a significant brake advantage to the bigger brake=
s ... the 996TT still uses Big Red size calipers unless you opt for the car=
bon brake upgrade ... for a measly $17,000.oo.

The guy selling the 6 piston 996 calipers on eBay had a reserve price of 12=
00.00 the last time he tried to sell the big yellow bananas. I dropped Bre=
mbo a line to see if they could give a MSRP for the Big Red (for comparison=
) and the 6 piston calipers and some engineer specs ... we will see if this=
yields something other than a list of local retailers.

Speaking of big, there is a Porsche performance shop selling 8 piston 15" r=
otor kits for the 996; $4300.00. These are HUGE.

Todd

I called ECS yesterday, they will be looking into fitting this setup to o=
ur cars over the winter... Sounds like 18" min for wheel size. I think they=
 MIGHT be big enough...
