Sorry Paul, I didn't (don't) see any whp or wtq figures in Riff's message.
But, if you go with 195whp/0.80 -> for a possible 243.75 imputed flywheel
hp, wouldn't that put Riff in the realm of reasonable claims for a +1 car?
how much more were you expecting?

If it, the imputed bhp #'s, is slightly low, maybe it's a reflection of
something else wrong with the car that might also explain why he didn't pass
HC emissions?  Running too rich?  Can't that kill your power curve too.
What's the list claim for what a +1 car should do?

Personally I'm looking forward to a report on Hap's drive down to sea-level
altitude densities and what his blue denim's
