[s-cars] Failed emissions testing

Had the same problem with the S4 (RS2 minus ex. cam)
and ultimately tracked the problem to a leaky
catalytic converter housing on the Stromung which in
turn confused the O2 sensor into running rich. After I
replaced the center section of the Stromung, passed
with flying colors.

Check the exhaust system or the 02 sensor.
