I actually sent him an off-list email prior to his test guessing he would see
somewhere between 190 and 210 at the wheels. This is simply due to my
extensive use of a G-Tech Pro during my efforts, and my belief that it is pretty
accurate.

When stock, I was seeing about 170. With a chip, that number went up to 190.
After improving airflow to the intercooler, our numbers increased to about
205. This amounted to sealing the outer edges of the intercooler so that air
can't go around it.

Next step was the addition of an RS2 EM and turbo... without any other
changes. That took us up to 245 - 255. This is when significant losses became
evident between consecutive runs, which seemed to indicate an overloaded
intercooler, which I still haven't improved.

Finally, I added the MAF and the RS2 injectors, along with the popular hybrid
chip that I acquired through Steve Eiche (Shadetree Software) using a VMAP
pressure transducer. This setup, over many runs, has shown a low of 301 and a
high of 312, and has destroyed first gear in my trans.

All of my "testing" was done on days where temps were between 70 and 74F.
They were also all done at about 5500 feet above sea level.

So, to make a short story long, I think he's right about where he ought to
be.
