Agreed, Teddy.  It ain't you.  Your address simply happens to be in the
address book on the infected computer.

Others:  Let me once more freely recommend that you download (for free) AVG
Antivirus software and install it (for free) and set it to automatically
download virus databases (for free) as they are available (for free).  Did
I mention it's free?  It also works well - for free.

This is the report AVG gave me when the infected file arrived:
