[s-cars] tie rod assemblies and microswitch help

It appears that both tie rods are in need of replacement on the S6 sedan.
Also, the microswitch in the drivers door lock has gone spastic...and the
dealer price is insane.  Anyone got another source for the microswitch?
Where's the best deal on the tie rods?  They seem to be about $155 each
about all the usual places.
