[s-cars] My baby has been scarred - Upper Strut Mount FAILURE!!!!!

In that area there is only the underhood padding between the shock and the
hood.  It's a momentum thing.  Big heavy body is moving downwards very
rapidly.  Hits shock piston which is stiff enough (fairly new Bilsteins) to
provide enough resistance to compress the padding and dent hood before being
compressed by the body.  It won't punch a hole in the hood but it will
definitely dent it.
