My dad's '78 Rabbit was a rolling advertizement for
Bondo, however some of it wasn't it's fault. It was
an impact magnet (pickup hit back, deer hit and rolled
along the side, pickup hit one rear corner, driving it
into a guard rail, hatch hit the garage door handle, uh....).

By contrast, my A2 GTi former SCCA Solo car was flawless, until
the windblown tree landed on it. It's still rust free, just
a little flattened (haven't figure out what to do with it,
no time. Too bad, was a regional championship winning car
until then). No insurance. Whaaaa.
